This tut was written March 25th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Zlata_M
The tube is "Easter Basket"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group, use your Pick tool
to adjust it better behind the frames once pasted.
Resize frame 3 to 60%, paste to the upper left, duplicate, mirror, move down
to the lower right. Take your free hand tool, draw around both frames, paste
paper 4, invert, delete select none, move below the frames.
Paste your tube in the center.
Resize flower 2 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first
number to 25, move below the paper layer of the upper frame, use your Pick
tool to fit the behind the frame, duplicate, move down behind the lower right frame.
Resize the lilies to 65%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 16, move below the flower circle, use your Pick tool to adjust
to fit how you like.
Resize the Easter daisy element larger to 120%, paste below the flower circle
layer on the left, duplicate, move down below the right one.
Resize bow 1 to 75%, paste on the frame on the upper left behind the tube.
Paste the flower pot bunny on the right below the tube at the bottom.
Resize the painting pallet to 55%, paste above the tube at the lower right.
Resize the painter bunny to 55%, paste by the pallet.
Resize the paint tube to 45%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize the Easter ribbon to 75%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize the basket of eggs to 75%, paste below the tube on the left behind the ribbon.
Resize the egg cuppy to 40%, paste below the rabbit to the left a little.
Resize cuppy element to 35%, paste by the first cupcake to the left.
Resize the clover blossom to 50%, paste below the Easter ribbon on the left.
Resize the candies to 45%, paste at the bottom below the cupcake layer on the left.
Resize candy to 25%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the bottom left.
Resize the pink bunny to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Paste the paint splatter on the lilies circle at the lower left, duplicate, move to the
upper right.
Resize sakura to 50%, paste below the tube on the left and up a little,
duplicate, move to the right and down some.
Paste the stemmed flowers on the right on the frame layer, adjust
behind the pink flower and rabbit, duplicate, mirror, move above the ribbon
on the left.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag, sharpen, add your copyrights and name.
