This tut was written Sept 18th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 101, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10,
paste paper 5, invert, delete.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above the
frame, erase the parts you don't want over the frame.
Resize element 44 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move below the paper layer of the frame, take your pick tool to adjust around the
frame better.
Resize element 19 to 40%, erase the stem part, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 30, move below the first flower circle, again use your pick
tool to adjust better.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer to the right some, erase the stem,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate each one and flip, adjust down how you like.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, mirror, move up
some on the left.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the flower,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste below the flower to the left.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste on the lower right below the flower.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 100 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Paste element 39 below the top flower circle on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move down more on the right.
Resize element 17 to 55%, paste at the bottom by the lipstick.
Resize element 4 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste at the bottom,
below the perfume bottle layer to the left a little.
Duplicate the rose that is to the right, move to the left below the flower you
just pasted.
Resize element 19 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste at the
bottom above the frame layer to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 70 to 50%, paste on the right below the flowers.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste on the right below the love wordart.
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 101, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10,
paste paper 5, invert, delete.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above the
frame, erase the parts you don't want over the frame.
Resize element 44 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move below the paper layer of the frame, take your pick tool to adjust around the
frame better.
Resize element 19 to 40%, erase the stem part, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 30, move below the first flower circle, again use your pick
tool to adjust better.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer to the right some, erase the stem,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate each one and flip, adjust down how you like.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, mirror, move up
some on the left.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the flower,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste below the flower to the left.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste on the lower right below the flower.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 100 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Paste element 39 below the top flower circle on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move down more on the right.
Resize element 17 to 55%, paste at the bottom by the lipstick.
Resize element 4 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste at the bottom,
below the perfume bottle layer to the left a little.
Duplicate the rose that is to the right, move to the left below the flower you
just pasted.
Resize element 19 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste at the
bottom above the frame layer to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 70 to 50%, paste on the right below the flowers.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste on the right below the love wordart.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
