This tut was written Oct 6th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 49 to 90%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your close up,
delete, select none. Change the blend mode to
Luminance(L)
Resize your tube to 50%, mirror, paste to the right on the frame.
Paste element 13 below the paper layer of the frame and up to the top,
duplicate, flip and move to the bottom.
Paste element 50 on the flowers and move up more, duplicate, flip, mirror, adjust
to the right.
Resize element 11 to 90%, paste on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, flip.
Resize element 29 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-encircle first
number on 16, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 4 to 50%, paste below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 47 to 85%, paste at the bottom on the tube.
Resize element 22 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the flowers.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste below the bottle on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, move
to the left below the clock, duplicate once more and move over more to the left.
Resize element 16 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle first number
on 16, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste the resize element 16, flip and move to the bottom just above the clock, duplicate,
free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, place on the frame on the left side.
Resize element 22 to 50%, paste on the left being on the top layer.
Paste element 34 at the bottom below some of the flowers how you like.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the lower left where you like,
duplicate, move on the bottle, duplicate again, move to the right below the flowers.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer, duplicate,
move over to the right more and below some of the other elements.
Paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 49 to 90%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your close up,
delete, select none. Change the blend mode to

number on 16, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 4 to 50%, paste below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 47 to 85%, paste at the bottom on the tube.
Resize element 22 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the flowers.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste below the bottle on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, move
to the left below the clock, duplicate once more and move over more to the left.
Resize element 16 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle first number

Paste the resize element 16, flip and move to the bottom just above the clock, duplicate,

Resize element 22 to 50%, paste on the left being on the top layer.
Paste element 34 at the bottom below some of the flowers how you like.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the lower left where you like,
duplicate, move on the bottle, duplicate again, move to the right below the flowers.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer, duplicate,
move over to the right more and below some of the other elements.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
