Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Paste element 10 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3,
paste element 60 into selections, select none, duplicate, resize larger to
110%, move below the smaller frame.
Resize your tube to 28%, paste about center.
Paste element 1 below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 3 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 2 to 25%, paste by the bottle.
Resize element 46 to 50%, paste at the bottom left below the tube layer.
Resize element 55 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the flowers.
Resize element 23 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the tube layer.
Resize element 52 to 50%, paste on the lower right above the frame, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the boxes.
Resize element 59 to 40%, paste between the flowers on the left.
Resize element 62 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the pearl necklace.
Resize element 97 to 25%, paste at the lower right below the cherub.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste below the light pink flower on the right.
Resize element 1 to 85%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on
the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust so a little shows paste
the frame on each side.
Resize element 66 to 50%, paste on the frame at the upper left.
Resize element 92 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste on the
right on the frame.
Resize element 6 to 20%, paste at the upper right .
Resize element 7 to 20%, paste on the lower left where you like.
Resize element 54 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
