This tut was written September 17th, 2020 for those with a basic knowlewdge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Alex Prihodko
The tube is called "Evelyn"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this tube at VMA store HERE
Font of choice, I used Sunshine
Drop shadow is V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 3 into selection, select none,
apply your mask, delete, select none.
Paste frame 1, move to the right a little and up.
Paste frame 5 behind the 1st frame, take your Pick Tool and fit it
how you like.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete,
keep selected, paste your tube in the frame, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Effects, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, merge down.
Resize flower 3 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move below the paper layer of the frames, take your
Pick Tool to fit behind the frame better.
Resize the tree to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 20, move below the orange flower circle, again use your Pick Tool
to adjust how you like.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste above the frame on the left.
Paste cluster 2 on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror, move down a little,
erase some of the stem.
Resize the fence to 75%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the pumpkin barrel to 50%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Paste Mushroom 2 on the right and up a bit.
Resize the apple basket to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right above the mushrooms.
Resize basket 2 to 50%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize grass 2 to 50%, paste at the bottom behind the tube, duplicate a couple
more times move above the tube and one more to the right.
Go back to the mushroom, duplicate, resize to 50%, move to the left below
the grass layer.
Resize leaf scatter 2 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate a
couple of times move to the left above the baskets.
Resize the apples to 15%, duplicate, paste both at the bottom above the tube,
move one down a little more.
Resize basket one to 50%, paste above the tube by the basket with the bird.
Go back to the mushroom on the left, duplicate, resize to 60%, move to the top later,
duplicate a couple more times and place where you like.
Resize the Fox to 40%, paste at the bottom above the grass layer by the tube.
Resize cluster 3 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize leaves 1 to 40%, paste on the left below the tube, duplicate, mirror,
move to the right by the barrel and baskets.
Paste the wheat on the upper right below the flowers, duplicate, move to the left,
duplicate, mirror, move down.
Paste leaf scatter 1 at the bottom above the mask layer to one side,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, flip, adjust at the top left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the scarecrow to 40%, paste on the left behind the flowers.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
