This tut was written April 24th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany
The tube is called "Mother and Child"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Dream Unicorn
Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, can always resize later.
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 35 into selection, select none,
apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, change the top one to Multiply,
merge down.
Open paper 36, resize to 75%, take your Ellipse tool, have the width set at 30,
it will be at the top on your psp tool bar.
Draw out a circle the size you want, go to the layer on the right,
right click and promote to a raster layer.
Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel with these settings
Shape 2, width 6,
6, 4, 4, 14
81, 28, 64, color white.
Select the frame, select all, float, defloat, expand by 3, add a new layer, fill
with a color of choice, I used #da4d6a.
Merge the frame down with this, duplicate, change the blend mode to Screen.
Click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 35, invert, delete,
select none.
Resize element 11 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 30, paste below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, free rotate to the
left at 90 degrees, merge down.
Resize element 20 to 35%, paste on the frame on the left and up, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 35%, paste below the flower on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste on the upper left below the light beige flowers,
duplicate, (don't mirror) move down on the right behind the tube,
duplicate again and move over and down a little more.
Resize element 26 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the tube, free rotate
to the left at 15 degrees.
Resize element 7 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube and heart.
Resize element 9 to 15%, paste behind the heart.
Resize element 33 to 30%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
move up more and behind the first one.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste on the right, adjust so the branches don't so
so much, duplicate, move to the horn, erase the branches.
Resize element 5 to 20%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the flowers,
erase any part you don't want.
Resize element 34 to 7%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste on the right
below the tube and above the red flowers.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste on the left below the flowers, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate both and move up to the top more.
Resize element 19 to 35%, paste on the left above the frame how you like,
duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
(Optional)
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, change
the blend mode to Soft Light, merge down, sharpen.
Then add your copyright and name.
