This tut was written August 3rd, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is "Marisa"
This is an Exclusive tube
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP 2020...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Perfume
Drop shadow is usually V-1 H-4 Black, 40, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 8 at the top.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste about center.
Resize element 64 to 50%, paste behind the tube to the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 40 to 60%, paste on the fence on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 17 to 60%, paste below the purple flowers on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 81 to 50%, paste on the right of the tube above the fence.
Resize element 82 to 50%, paste above the fence on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 71 to 35%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 70 to 50%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate, resize
smaller to 90%, paste on the right below the tube.
Flip element 9, paste at the bottom below the flower elements, resize larger to 105%.
Resize element 10 to 25%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 26 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 59 to 15%, duplicate twice, move one behind the cupcake and
the other two above the cupcake.
Paste element 54 below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 88 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the bottle by the knee of the tube,
duplicate, move to the right by the watering can.
Paste element 30 at the top either above or below the cloud, your choice.
Resize element 60 to 15%, paste at the upper left, duplicate a couple of times, move
where you like.
Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the fence post on the right.
Resize element 48 to 50%, paste on one side below some of the flowers, duplicate,
move to the other side.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste on the left below the bottle layer, duplicate, free
rotate to the right at 90 degrees, resize to 90%, paste above the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 89 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the leg of the tube.
Add some wordart if you like, I typed Summer Sensation.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
