This tut was written September 9th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Lackluster
Drop shadow is V-1 H-4 Black, 30, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger to 110, duplicate,
move to the right more.
Resize element 61 to 40%, click inside with your magic wand expand by5.
Open element 5, take your selection tool, draw a rectangle around the words,
copy as a new image, then go to the frame and paste into selections, select none,
merge down. This is the way I did it, if you know of another way go for it.
Rotate to the left at 15 degrees.
Paste element 12, mirror, move to the right.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste behind the frame at the top left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste above the frame and to the right a little.
Paste element 31 above the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 75%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
resize to 50%, move to the left behind the tube.
Resize element 2 to 50%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, resize
to 75%, mirror, move to the left.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste at the lower left above the tube, erase some of the stem.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 1 to 25% paste by the heart.
Resize element 23 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the bottle.
Resize element 59 to 15%, paste above the bottle.
Resize element 4 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the heart.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube, duplicate,
free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move to the left under the heart.
Resize element 53 to 30%, paste at the lower right by the flowers.
Resize element 73 to 50%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 97 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 99 to 40%, mirror, paste the large sparkle on the bottle.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
