This tut was written May 11th, 2022 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome artwork of Sybile Art 

Tube is 23-3

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used MizTeeques Mask 283 HERE

Font of choice, I used Bang Bang

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, 

merge group.

Resize frame 3 to 75%, paste.

Resize element 11 to 90%, paste on the frame.

Resize element 18 to 85%, paste on the right below the columns, duplicate, 

mirror, move up on the left.

Resize element 10 to 75%, paste above the columns on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 2 behind the columns and down.

Resize element 15 to 40%, paste on one side being on the top layer toward 

the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Resize wordart 2 to 85%, paste on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 70%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer, move the flower on

the left above the tube.

Resize element 16 to 50%, paste behind the tube off center to the left.

Resize element 6 to 30%, paste at the lower left above the flowers.

Resize element 7 to 30%, paste behind the tube to the left.

Go back to one of the red flowers, duplicate, move to the top layer, resize to 50%,

duplicate a few times and paste across the bottom of the tube.

Paste element 19 at the bottom above the mask layer to one side, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 9 to 30%, paste on the lantern on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 12 to 25%, mirror, paste on the left.

Resize element 1 to 20%, mirror, paste at the lower right.

Paste element 20 below the flowers at the bottom, duplicate, flip, mirror, move 

at the top below the columns.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
