You can find this art at CDO Store HERE

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize freebie 2 to 25%, paste, apply your
mask, delete, merge group. Resize larger to 120%.

Apply the Unplugged Tools- Jalusic filter
with these settings or play around and get what you like.

Resize freebie 3 to 40%, paste on the left and up, add a medium white glow
with Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow

Resize freebie 6 to 25%, paste more to the left.
Take your free hand took draw around the black circle frame,  mirror your tube,
paste so the eye is in the circle, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate, Adjust, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Overlay,
merge down.
Apply the Screen Works Filter-Light Gauze, default setting.

Paste your tube on the top layer for now, resize the mask to 75%, apply to
your tube, delete, merge group, move below the frame on the right, then resize it
to 70% and up on the right.
Change the blend mode to Darken.

Go back to the pink flower, duplicate, flip, resize to 75%, move down on the
right how you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
That's it

Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
