This tut was written November 16th, 2022 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
I bought this tube when he still had his store, which is closed now.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800, paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 14 to 60%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand
by 5, resize paper 11 to 50%, paste, invert, delete, move below the frame.
Change the blend mode to Screen.
Resize element 54 to 20%, then resize element 52 to 25%, take your free hand
tool, draw around the top green/berry, copy and paste on the left below the
pinecone, duplicate, mirror, merge together, paste on your tag below the paper
layer of the frame, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 numbers on
22, 60, 60
Resize element 23 to 18%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first three numbers
on 26, 63, 63, move below the first circle.
Resize your tube to 85%, paste on the frame on the left.
Resize element 17 to 40%, paste at the lower right above the frame.
Paste wordart 2 above the tube where you like.
Resize element 57 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the left, erase any part you
don't want showing at the bottom.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 105 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 29 and 59 to 20%, paste at the bottom where you like.
Resize element 9 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 1 and 2 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the wordart layer.
Resize element 108 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bear.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the brown gifts, duplicate,
move to the left more behind the santa bag.
Resize element 36 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the bear.
Resize element 107 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 15 and 21 to 10%, paste at the bottom, duplicate both, move where you like.
Resize element 52 to 35%, paste on the frame.
Resize element 47 to 80%, paste above the tube layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
