This tut was written July 9th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is called Mermaid 25
You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete,
merge group.
Resize castle 3 to 60%, paste on the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again,
move to the center top.
Resize cave 1 to 60%, paste above the castles.
Paste flower 15 on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize water 1 to 85%, paste at the bottom above the cave.
Resize the sand to 85%, flip, paste at the bottom, erase a little of the side edges.
Resize the tube to 40%, paste at the bottom.
Resize weed 1 to 40%, paste on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the starfish to 20%, paste at the lower right.
Resize the statue to 50%, paste behind the tube below the water.
Resize cluster 4 to 30%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror, move behind
the tube.
Resize the crab to 15%, paste on the lower left.
Resize chest 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize bowl 2 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize flower 6 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the chest.
Resize the octopus to 25%, paste on the right below the green weed.
Resize fish and fish 1 to 20%, paste where you like.
Resize the wordart to 65%, paste at the top above the mermaid.
Resize the clam to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize the green bottle to 25%, paste at the bottom below the clam.
Paste the rocks behind the tube.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
