PTU Ring In The New Year

 This tut was written  December 15th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using a beautiful tube by ©Lady Sky

The tube is included in the kit.

Read the TOU on how to credit your tags.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

 Font of choice, I used megaibeilya

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste element 10 at the top.

Paste element 39 above the building, duplicate, resize smaller

to 75%, move below the building to one side, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 29 to 80%, paste above the fireworks.

Resize element 107 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,

first 3 numbers on 14, 40, 50, paste behind the window.

Paste element 103 on the right being on the bottom layer, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 17 at the bottom above the window.

Resize element 18 to 65%, paste on the left above the window.

Resize element 15 to 30%, paste above the piano.

Resize element 16 to 25%, paste on the bench.

Resize element 31 to 50%, paste on the right above the window.

Resize the tube to 30%, paste on the right above the gifts, erase the bottom.

Resize element 14 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 72 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 22 to 55%, paste behind the tube at the upper right.

Resize element 41 to 15%, paste on the dog.

Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 65 to 35%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 74 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize the wordart to 75%, paste to the left, add a fat gradient.

Resize element 57 to 30%, paste below the wordart on the left.

Paste element 141 on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 136 on the upper left being on the bottom layer, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 135 on one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move down, erase a 

couple of them.

Resize element 149 to 85%, paste on the bottom layer at the upper left, 

duplicate, move to the right, duplicate again, move to the bottom, duplicate, 

mirror.

(Just a hint, if you have troubles moving them around, use your Pick tool on 

each one and you can move around with that.)

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
