This tut was written February 19th, 2024 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the beautiful tube ©Misticheskaya
The tube is called Linda
You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, apply your mask, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize frame 3 to 85%, paste.
Resize frame 6 to 80%, paste above the first frame, click inside with
the magic wand, resize paper 6, to 50%, invert, delete, move below
the bottom frame, merge the 2 frames and paper together, move up to the top.
Resize element 50 to 75%, paste on the upper right above the frames, duplicate,
mirror, move behind the frame on the left.
Resize element 31 to 65%, paste above the frame on the bottom left.
Resize element 42 to 60%, paste at the bottom to the right of the pond,
erase some of the rocks on the edge to help blend into the pond edge.
Resize element 23 to 50%, paste on the right above the tree.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the rock steps.
Resize element 95 to 45%, paste on the right above the tube.
Resize element 32 to 40%, paste at the bottom right above the books.
Resize element 76 to 50%, paste on the right behind the tree.
Resize element 45 to 30%, mirror, paste on the rock step.
Resize element 96 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the books.
Resize element 5 to 40%, paste on the bottom right behind the books,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the pond on the left.
Resize element 55 to 15%, paste at the bottom behind the snail.
Resize element 65 to 20%, paste on the rock on the right.
Resize element 62 to 25%, paste at the bottom behind the jar, duplicate,
move to the left behind the pond by the mushrooms.
Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the upper left below the mushrooms.
Resize element 93 to 25%, mirror, paste behind the pond behind the tube.
Resize element 141 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the rock step.
Resize element 22 to 13%, paste on the mushrooms on the left.
Resize element 24 to 13%, mirror, paste on the mushrooms on the right.
Resize element 99 to 20%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 35 to 40%, paste at the bottom left above the pond.
Resize element 3 to 35%, paste at the bottom left behind the plants, duplicate,
move to the right behind the tube.
Resize element 12 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 94 to 15%, free rotate to the right at 25, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 98 to 15%, paste in the pond.
Resize element 72 to 25%, paste on the rock on the pond.
Mirror element 184, paste behind the tube where you like.
Resize the wordart to 50%, paste at the top.
Paste paper 2, apply mask 78 where you like, select all, float, defloat,
being on the paper delete, select none, paste at the bottom below all the
other elements to one side, duplicate
mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
