Font of choice, I used Bumble Bee Bold

Drop shadow is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, color Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize paper 2 to 80%, apply your mask,

duplicate, merge down.

Resize element 15 to 50%, paste at the top.

Resize element 30 to 50%, paste behind the house at the upper left, 

duplicate, resize to 75%, mirror, move to the right behind the house.

Resize element 18 to 30%, paste at the bottom right above the houses.

Resize the tube 1 to 20%, paste above the picnic table.

Resize element 6 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.

Resize element 8 to 20%, paste on the picnic table.

Resize element 20 to 15%, paste at the bottom right above the tube.

Resize element 13 to 15%, paste at the bottom right below the boots.

Resize element 25 to 25%, paste behind the tube above the picnic table,

duplicate, move to the left.

Resize element 9 to 20%, paste on the bottom left below the tube layer.

Resize element 22 to 25%, paste on the bottom left below the tube.

Resize element 7 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 11 and 12 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the basket.

Resize element 5 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 4 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 17 to 15%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror,

move down a little.

Resize element 26 to 8%, paste on the right, free rotate to the left at 15.

Resize element 24 to 13%, paste at the bottom left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

 I opened a 200 x 200 new image, draw a circle out for the frame, 

paste your tag, invert, delete, add your credits and name, merge

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
