Font of choice, I used Backstreet 

Drop shadow is  V-1 H-4 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

 

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper one, apply the mask, move

to the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize frame 6 to 60%, paste at the upper left, click inside, resize

element 62 to 55%. paste below the frame.

Resize element 63 to 60%, paste on the right above the frame, erase 

the frame and element showing inside the window, duplicate,

the window, mirror, move below the frame on the left.

Resize tube 1 to 27%, paste above the frame at the bottom.

Resize element 72 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 

numbers on 12, 50, 50, move below the frame.

Resize element 97 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 99 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube on the left,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 22 to 35%, paste on the left above the frame.

Resize element 44 to 20%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 68 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 65 to 20%, paste below the drink on the right.

Resize element 3 to 20%, paste below the drink on the left.

Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 49 to 23%, paste on the bottom right.

Resize element 96 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 31, 33 and 35 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 36 to 40%, paste on the right on the bottom layer so 

just a little of it shows, duplicate, move to the top, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 83 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 81 to 25%, paste on the right below the flowers.

Resize element 58 to 15%, mirror, paste at the bottom left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

 Then add your copyright and name.
