This tut was written September 22nd, 2025, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using Awesome Al tubes and kit by Bella Caribeña

Read the TOU on how to credit your tags
I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 3, move to the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 103 on the upper right, click inside,
resize paper 1 to 40%, mirror, paste, invert, delete.
Paste element 73 at the upper left below the frame.
Resize element 96 to 75%, paste on the right above the frame.
Resize element 90 to 80%, paste on the left.
Resize your tube 2 to 25%, paste above the houses.
Resize element 57 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 36 to 75%, paste below the tube on the right.
Resize element 49 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 23 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 85 to 30%, paste below the flower on the left.
Resize element 125 to 25%, paste on the bottom left.
Resize element 50 to 30%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 41 to 35%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 99 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 95, 110 and 117 to 20%, paste on the left on the table.
Resize element 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom left above the cat.
Resize element 29, 40 and 46 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 93 to 35%, paste on the bottom right below the frog.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste at the top on the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 71 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 118 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste at the upper right on the frame.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
