I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste element 18, adjust to fit your tag,
Resize 72 to 30%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
3 numbers on 12, 55, 55, paste.
Resize 22 to 85%, paste, merge the frame and circle together, move
up.
Paste 21 above the frame.
Resize 47 to 85%, paste above the tree.
Resize 67 to 45%, paste on the left above the workshop.
Resize 52 to 30%, paste on the right.
Resize 44 to 40%, paste above the Santa.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the bottom left above the sled.
Resize doll 3 to 15%, paste on the bottom left above the gifts.
Resize 70 to 35%, paste on the bottom right above the mailbox.
Resize 60 to 30%, paste at the bottom left by the sled.
Resize 64 to 30%, paste below the sled by the steps of the workshop.
Resize 34 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the sled.
Resize 93 to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 112 to 15%, paste at the bottom on one side of the sign, duplicate,
move to the other side of the sign.
Resize 90 to 30%, paste at the bottom right below the sign.
Resize 88 to 35%, paste at the upper left above the workshop, duplicate,
mirror, resize to 85%.
Resize 82 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize 78 to 30%, paste at the top below the trees.
Resize 102 to 50%, paste on the bottom layer on the left down by Santa,
erase the end of the stick showing, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
