I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 81, adjust.
Resize 97 to 65%, paste at the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste 7 at the top below the left building so the trees shows on the right.
Resize 99 to 65%, paste.
Resize 20 to 50%, paste on the left.
Resize 27 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the waterfall window.
Resize 37 to 35%, paste on the right below the gate, duplicate, mirror,
move down more on the left.
Resize 3 to 25%, paste on the right below the hedge.
Resize 100 to 35%, paste at the bottom right above the gate.
Resize 71 to 30%, paste below the gate at the top.
Resize tube 4 to 15%, paste on the right above the waterfall window.
Resize tube 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the bull.
Resize 2 to 30%, paste below the bull on the right.
Resize 40 to 17%, paste at the bottom right above the bull.
Resize tube 3 to 20%, paste on the right below the little fence with
the vegetables.
Resize 33 to 25%, paste on the bottom left above the gate.
Resize 110 to 20%, paste on the table.
Resize 94 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the table.
Resize 30 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 4 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 29 to 20%, paste at the bottom left by the table.
Resize 35 to 20%, paste on the bottom left.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
