Supplies Needed
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Resize element 70 to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 5, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your
close up tube, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen, merge down.
Paste your tube on the left, resize to 60%, duplicate, go to Adjust, Gaussian blur,
blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen.
Apply the xero filter-Soft Mood twice, then Clarity, merge down, sharpen once.
Paste element 60 at the bottom below the tube layer.
Resize element 66 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate,
mirror,
Resize element 5 to 50%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 44 to 25%, paste at the lower left by the tube, duplicate, move over
a little.
Resize element 62 to 85%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the
mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 29 above the diamond layers elements on the left top, duplicate,
mirror, move down on the right.
Resize element 40 to 30%, paste on the right.
Resize element 26 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer again.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste on the lantern on the left, duplicate, move
to the one on the right.
Resize element 49 to 5%, paste on the frame on the right, erase the top large
ornament and some of the ribbon, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Resize element 70 to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand

Resize element 62 to 85%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the
mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 40 to 30%, paste on the right.
Resize element 26 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer again.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste on the lantern on the left, duplicate, move

Resize element 49 to 5%, paste on the frame on the right, erase the top large
ornament and some of the ribbon, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Close off any background you may of had.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, add your copyright and name.
