Filter
xero-Mistifier and Bad Dream

Font of Choice, I used Acryle Script

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800
Select all,  add a new layer, paste paper 01 into selection, apply your mask,
delete, merge group, duplicate, mirror, don't merge just yet, you
will want to readjust behind the frame later.

Paste frame 2, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10,
paste paper 02, move so more of the trees are showing, invert, delete,
keep selected, paste your close up tube on the right, delete, select none.

Duplicate, change the blend mode on the bottom tube to Overlay.
On the top tube change the blend mode to Screen, merge down.
Apply the xero filter-Mistifier at default setting.

Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream on the frame.

Resize element 53 to 45%, paste below the frame layer at the upper left.

Paste your tube on the frame layer on the right.

Resize element 64 to 90%, take your Pick tool, hold the square at the top on
one side, hold the shift key down, drag down, do the same on
the other side to get a flatter look, duplicate, move one under the frame,
the other one under the tube and down a bit.

Paste element 60 at the bottom on top of the circle layers, do the same with
your Pick tool to flatten it out more.

Resize element 99 to 75%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move up more on the right behind the tube, duplicate this one again, resize to
75%, move down behind the tube.

Resize element 34 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the left and below the tube.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste next to the first flower.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste at the lower right on the tube layer, duplicate,
move to the left bottom.

Resize element 4 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 24 to 20%, paste on the left, duplicate, mirror, move up more.

Resize element 17 to 65%, paste below the flower at the bottom.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste below the flower also.

Resize element 106 to 85%, paste at the top below the tube.
Resize element 26 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 63 to 65%, paste behind the blue circle that is behind the flowers.

Add any other elements that you would like.

If you are going to animate, merge with the white background.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges,  merge visible.
Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.

Animation
Copy your tag to animation, make 11 layers, the same as the animation.
To resize the animation, go to Edit, select all, Animation, resize animation, resize to
50%, then go to Edit, select all, copy, click on the tag, Edit, select all, paste
into selected frame and paste.
Check your animation, if happy save.

Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
