PTU Irish Belle

This tut was written Feb 19th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Stella Felice 7

The tube is called "Jill"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used bu Wicked

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Select all, paste paper 7 into selection, select none, apply your mask,

delete, merge group.

Resize element 79 to 80%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, 

paste paper 6, invert, delete, select none.

Paste element 47 inside the frame.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste to the right.

Resize element 115 to 45%, paste on the left above the tube layer.

Resize element 1 to 75%, paste at the top on the frame.

Resize element 62 to 90%, paste behind the tube at the bottom, duplicate, move

above the tube and down a little, adjust the shoe.

Resize element 18 to 40%, paste under the shoe how you like.

Resize element 90 to 50%, paste on the leaf under the shoe, duplicate, move to the 

right more

Resize element 60 to 65%, paste on the right below the tube layer in the grass.

Resize element 22 to 75%, paste on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 36 to 25%, paste on the lower right being on the top layer.

Resize element 23 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the rock.

Resize element 3 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right behind the chest with the coins.

Resize element 167 to 90%, paste at the bottom below the other elements.

Resize element 148 to 40%, paste on the left above the flower layer that is at the top,

duplicate, move below the grass layer and to the center more, duplicate again, move

to the right behind the violin.

Resize element 5 to 20%, paste at the lower left in front of the shoe.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

 Add your copyrights and name.

If you want to animate, take the merge tag to animation shop, make

25 layers, same as the animation.

Go to edit, select all, resize animation to 50% and mirror.

Then go to edit, select all, copy, then click on the tag, edit, select all, paste into selected frame.

Test if happy, save.
