This tut was written Feb 4th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Laguna
The tube is called "Fairy Girl and Unicorn"

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Select all, paste paper 11 into selection, select none, apply your mask, delete,
merge group, resize smaller to 95%.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste a little off center.
Resize element 22 to 85%, paste on the mask layer below the tube.
Resize element 26 to 50%, paste at the upper left above the frame, duplicate,
mirror, adjust.
Resize element 16 to 75%, mirror, paste below the frame on the right and down
so the grass shows below the tube, erase the tree part inside the frame,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 35 to 60%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer to the left.
Resize element 42 to 40%, paste below the frame about center.
Resize element 99 to 30%, paste on the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 95 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the flower.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste on the lower left below the flower layer.
Resize element 61 to 35%, paste on the right below the branch layer,
duplicate, move up and below the first one, erasing the part you don't want
showing, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Being on the top layer, paste element 106, mirror, adjust how you like.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Select all, paste paper 11 into selection, select none, apply your mask, delete,
merge group, resize smaller to 95%.

Resize element 24 to 25%, paste on the lower left below the flower layer.
Resize element 61 to 35%, paste on the right below the branch layer,
duplicate, move up and below the first one, erasing the part you don't want
showing, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Being on the top layer, paste element 106, mirror, adjust how you like.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
