This tut was written May 24th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of The Hunter
The tube is part of his Bonus Pack at AC called "Vamp Pack"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 26, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 36 to 70%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left on the frame layer.
Resize element 104 to 65%, paste at the bottom below the tube to one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 113 to 75%, paste on one side below the skulls, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 32 to 30%, paste below the grass layer on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 15 to 30%, mirror, paste on the skulls on the right.
Paste element 112 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 10 to 70%, paste at the upper right above the frame layer.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste at the upper left below the buildings.
Resize element 12 to 35%, paste on the left below the grass, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move to the center more.
Resize element 16 to 30%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 30 to 50%, paste at the upper left, erase any edge that you don't want,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 21 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the pile of skulls.
Resize element 65 to 15%, paste at the bottom behind the keys.
Resize element 295 to 75%, paste below the fence layers.
Resize element 36 to 70%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left on the frame layer.
Resize element 104 to 65%, paste at the bottom below the tube to one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 113 to 75%, paste on one side below the skulls, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 32 to 30%, paste below the grass layer on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 15 to 30%, mirror, paste on the skulls on the right.
Paste element 112 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 10 to 70%, paste at the upper right above the frame layer.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste at the upper left below the buildings.
Resize element 12 to 35%, paste on the left below the grass, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move to the center more.
Resize element 16 to 30%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 30 to 50%, paste at the upper left, erase any edge that you don't want,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 21 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the pile of skulls.
Resize element 65 to 15%, paste at the bottom behind the keys.
Resize element 295 to 75%, paste below the fence layers.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
