This tut was written July7th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 45 at the bottom, move to one side more, duplicate, mirror,
merge down.
Paste element 46 on the sand.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the sand.
Mirror element 62, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 91 to 75%, paste below the tree more to the right of the tube.
Resize element 72 to 20%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror,
move back to the right.
Resize element 86 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left below the sand layer.
Resize element 108 to 20%, paste on the sand above the tube layer.
Resize element 77 to 20%, paste by the other bottle.
Resize element 84 to 75%, paste on the fence so some of the fish show, erase all the
rest, duplicate, move to the right so more fish show, erase anything that needs it.
Paste element 39 on the mask layer on the right, add a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste on the right below the tube by the foot, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate move more to the center behind the tube.
Resize element 34 to 40%, paste below the flower on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 35%, mirror, paste at the upper right above the bubbles.
Resize element 70 to 15%, paste on the sand by the bottles.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste on the sand to the right above the tube.
Resize element 88 to 25%, paste behind the boat.
Paste element 45 at the bottom, move to one side more, duplicate, mirror,
merge down.
Paste element 46 on the sand.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the sand.
Mirror element 62, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 91 to 75%, paste below the tree more to the right of the tube.
Resize element 72 to 20%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror,
move back to the right.
Resize element 86 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left below the sand layer.
Resize element 108 to 20%, paste on the sand above the tube layer.
Resize element 77 to 20%, paste by the other bottle.
Resize element 84 to 75%, paste on the fence so some of the fish show, erase all the
rest, duplicate, move to the right so more fish show, erase anything that needs it.
Paste element 39 on the mask layer on the right, add a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste on the right below the tube by the foot, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate move more to the center behind the tube.
Resize element 34 to 40%, paste below the flower on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 35%, mirror, paste at the upper right above the bubbles.
Resize element 70 to 15%, paste on the sand by the bottles.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste on the sand to the right above the tube.
Resize element 88 to 25%, paste behind the boat.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
