This tut was written July 8th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange
Tube is called "Choco Vanille"
Beautiful tube, comes in 3 different colors.
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group. Duplicate your mask,
take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and drag one of the top squares down,
then the other side until as flat as you like, move to the bottom.
Paste element 43 on the mask layer.
Resize element 76 to 80%, paste above the wordart.
Paste element 30 below the brown frame and move to one side like you like,
duplicate, mirror, erase the overlap part.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste to the right and below the ice cream.
Paste element 11 on the mask to the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the foot of the tube.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 34 to 35%, paste on the left above the tube.
Paste element 38 on the mask to the right more.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the coffee cup.
Resize element 28 to 35%, paste at the lower right behind the cup.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on the left behind the bag of beans, duplicate,
mirror, move behind the chocolates on the right.
Resize element 13 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 47 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste on the frame at the upper right, duplicate, mirror.
take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and drag one of the top squares down,
then the other side until as flat as you like, move to the bottom.
Paste element 43 on the mask layer.
Resize element 76 to 80%, paste above the wordart.
Paste element 30 below the brown frame and move to one side like you like,

Resize your tube to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste to the right and below the ice cream.
Paste element 11 on the mask to the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the foot of the tube.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 34 to 35%, paste on the left above the tube.
Paste element 38 on the mask to the right more.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the coffee cup.
Resize element 28 to 35%, paste at the lower right behind the cup.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on the left behind the bag of beans, duplicate,
mirror, move behind the chocolates on the right.
Resize element 13 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 47 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste on the frame at the upper right, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
