This tut was written Nov 11th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange
Tube is called "Abby CU/PU Pack 1"
She comes in 4 different colors

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 1 at the bottom.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the dirt.
Paste element 69 on the dirt behind the tube.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube where you like.
Resize element 74 to 90%, paste to the left on the mask.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete,
resize your tube to 45%, paste below the frame, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Apply the xero filter-Porcelain with default settings.
Paste element 56 on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 64 at the top on the mask, adjust to your liking, duplicate, move to
the bottom to one side so just a few of the leaves shows, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 37 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the cat, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube by her boot.
Being on the top layer, paste element 53 at the bottom.
Resize element 90 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the leaf layer.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move over a little more.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste behind the tube to the left so some of it shows.
Resize element 46 to 80%, paste on the right below the suitcase layer, duplicate,
mirror, adjust so only a couple of the flowers shows.
Go back to the cat, duplicate, mirror, adjust above the umbrella.
Resize element 89 to 85%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 14, move above the mask layer and adjust.
Paste element 1 at the bottom.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the dirt.
Paste element 69 on the dirt behind the tube.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube where you like.
Resize element 74 to 90%, paste to the left on the mask.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete,
resize your tube to 45%, paste below the frame, delete, select none.

Resize element 37 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the cat, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube by her boot.
Being on the top layer, paste element 53 at the bottom.
Resize element 90 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the leaf layer.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move over a little more.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste behind the tube to the left so some of it shows.
Resize element 46 to 80%, paste on the right below the suitcase layer, duplicate,
mirror, adjust so only a couple of the flowers shows.
Go back to the cat, duplicate, mirror, adjust above the umbrella.
Resize element 89 to 85%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 14, move above the mask layer and adjust.
Add any other elements you would like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
