This tut was written Nov 9th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Alehandra Vanhek
Tube is called "Snowgirl"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 2, into selection, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste about center.
Paste element 5 at the bottom, erase the black part of the boot showing on
the tube.
Paste element 6 on the mask layer and down.
Resize element 124 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer,
then erase the fence part showing between the spokes of the wheels.
Resize element 86 to 50%, paste on the right above the wheel.
Paste element 103 on the left below the fence, free rotate to the left at
10 degrees, move down so some of the frame is behind the fence rail.
Click inside the open areas of the frame, paste paper 2, invert, delete, mirror your
close up tube, paste, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Screen.
Paste element 151 on the right below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 108 to 65%, paste on the right above the wheel.
Paste element 107 on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 16 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Paste element 70 on the mask layer on the right, add a light gray drop shadow,
use the same settings that you use for your drop shadow, just change the black
to a light gray, #cac5c7.
duplicate, mirror, move out more, erasing the outer ones that you don't want.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the mouse,
duplicate, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move over a little, duplicate
again, mirror, move to the left of the mouse.
Paste element 102 on the mask layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees,
move to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 12 to 15%, paste on the frame at the upper left.
Resize element 137 to 45%, paste at the bottom below the small snowballs and
leaves element.
For the white behind the wordart, go to Selections, select all, float, defloat,
expand by 2, add a new layer, fill with white, move below the wordart.
Duplicate the pinecone laying down, move to the right more, resize to 90%.
Resize element 111 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the sled and snowball layer.
Resize element 54 to 30%, paste on the right on top of the fence post.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste about center.
Paste element 5 at the bottom, erase the black part of the boot showing on
the tube.
Paste element 6 on the mask layer and down.
Resize element 124 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer,
then erase the fence part showing between the spokes of the wheels.
Resize element 86 to 50%, paste on the right above the wheel.
Paste element 103 on the left below the fence, free rotate to the left at
10 degrees, move down so some of the frame is behind the fence rail.
Click inside the open areas of the frame, paste paper 2, invert, delete, mirror your
close up tube, paste, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Screen.
Paste element 151 on the right below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 108 to 65%, paste on the right above the wheel.
Paste element 107 on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 16 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Paste element 70 on the mask layer on the right, add a light gray drop shadow,
use the same settings that you use for your drop shadow, just change the black
to a light gray, #cac5c7.

Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the mouse,
duplicate, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move over a little, duplicate
again, mirror, move to the left of the mouse.
Paste element 102 on the mask layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees,
move to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 12 to 15%, paste on the frame at the upper left.
Resize element 137 to 45%, paste at the bottom below the small snowballs and
leaves element.
For the white behind the wordart, go to Selections, select all, float, defloat,
expand by 2, add a new layer, fill with white, move below the wordart.
Duplicate the pinecone laying down, move to the right more, resize to 90%.
Resize element 111 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the sled and snowball layer.
Resize element 54 to 30%, paste on the right on top of the fence post.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
