I am using the awesome artwork of Chris Pastel
The tube is "Alice 4"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Brunella
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste the second paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand, expand by
5, paste paper 3, move so just the sky area shows, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Resize element 5 to 90%, paste below the tube to the left.
Resize element 98 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 19 to 55%, mirror, move to the lower left behind the cat, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 94 below the mushroom that is behind the cat, move to the bottom,
duplicate, move to the frame layer at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, move up more.
Resize element 11 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 9 to 50%, paste on the right below the red flower.
Resize element 14 to 90%, mirror, paste below the other flowers on the right.
Resize element 43 to 18%, paste at the bottom on the grass.
Resize element 69 to 10%, paste on the cup.
Paste element 26 on the frame at the top.
Resize element 54 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass, duplicate, move to
the right of the cup.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste on the tube on the lower right, free rotate
to the left at 30 degrees.
Paste element 88 on the mask layer to the right of the frame a little,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 83 to 75%, paste on the paper layer in the frame how you like.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the cup.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand, expand by
5, paste paper 3, move so just the sky area shows, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Resize element 5 to 90%, paste below the tube to the left.
Resize element 98 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 19 to 55%, mirror, move to the lower left behind the cat, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 94 below the mushroom that is behind the cat, move to the bottom,
duplicate, move to the frame layer at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, move up more.
Resize element 11 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 9 to 50%, paste on the right below the red flower.
Resize element 14 to 90%, mirror, paste below the other flowers on the right.
Resize element 43 to 18%, paste at the bottom on the grass.
Resize element 69 to 10%, paste on the cup.
Paste element 26 on the frame at the top.
Resize element 54 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass, duplicate, move to
the right of the cup.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste on the tube on the lower right, free rotate
to the left at 30 degrees.
Paste element 88 on the mask layer to the right of the frame a little,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 83 to 75%, paste on the paper layer in the frame how you like.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the cup.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
