This tut was written April 4th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany
The tube is "Forest Fairy "
You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, fill with white.
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 24, take your free hand, draw around the frame, paste paper 6,
move how you like it, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 17 to 90%, paste on the frame a little to the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste off center above the tree.
Paste element 43 below the tube and move to the right a little.
Resize element 1 to 45%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate, mirror,
resize to 45%, move to the right of the tube, duplicate once more, move
more to the right.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the tube, above the rock,
duplicate, mirror, move below the small rock.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the grass, duplicate,
mirror, move below the small rock.
Resize element 83 to 55%, free rotate to the left at 35 degrees, paste on the frame
on the right.
Resize element 29 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate,
move on top of the small rock on the right.
Resize element 36 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube to hide the straight edge,
duplicate, move to the right below the rocks.
Resize element 55 to 20%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 71 to 10%, paste on the stump by the bridge, duplicate, mirror, paste
at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste on the paper layer of the frame to the right.
Resize element 37 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move to the mask layer, adjust behind the frame and tree how you like.
Resize element 74 to 70%, mirror, paste at the lower left below the rock.
Paste element 82 on the paper layer below the frame to the right behind the signs.
Paste element 24, take your free hand, draw around the frame, paste paper 6,
move how you like it, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 17 to 90%, paste on the frame a little to the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste off center above the tree.
Paste element 43 below the tube and move to the right a little.
Resize element 1 to 45%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate, mirror,
resize to 45%, move to the right of the tube, duplicate once more, move
more to the right.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the tube, above the rock,
duplicate, mirror, move below the small rock.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the grass, duplicate,
mirror, move below the small rock.
Resize element 83 to 55%, free rotate to the left at 35 degrees, paste on the frame
on the right.
Resize element 29 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate,
move on top of the small rock on the right.
Resize element 36 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube to hide the straight edge,
duplicate, move to the right below the rocks.
Resize element 55 to 20%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 71 to 10%, paste on the stump by the bridge, duplicate, mirror, paste
at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste on the paper layer of the frame to the right.
Resize element 37 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move to the mask layer, adjust behind the frame and tree how you like.
Resize element 74 to 70%, mirror, paste at the lower left below the rock.
Paste element 82 on the paper layer below the frame to the right behind the signs.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements and the mask before merging
to get them like you like. I always use my Pick tool to pull the mask out
more to fit the tag better.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
