This tut was written April 8th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Elegance-Atilla

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.
You can find this kit with the tube at one of the stores listed below.
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, fill with white.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 31 to 90%, paste on the mask.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste center on the frame.
Paste element 16 on the frame under the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror,
flip, adjust on the right on the frame.
Resize element 22 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 95 to 40%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 30 to 15%, paste on the left by the hand of the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move to the upper right.
Resize element 18 to 40%, paste behind the mushrooms on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 3 to 50%, paste below the green grass on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 2 on the frame behind the tube, lower the opacity to about 75%.
Paste element 77 on the mask to the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 19 to 60%, paste below the mushrooms behind the tube.
Resize element 25 to 50%, paste below the red and whit flowers behind the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move up more on the left behind the tube.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 31 to 90%, paste on the mask.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste center on the frame.
Paste element 16 on the frame under the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror,
flip, adjust on the right on the frame.
Resize element 22 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 95 to 40%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 30 to 15%, paste on the left by the hand of the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move to the upper right.
Resize element 18 to 40%, paste behind the mushrooms on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 3 to 50%, paste below the green grass on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 2 on the frame behind the tube, lower the opacity to about 75%.
Paste element 77 on the mask to the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 19 to 60%, paste below the mushrooms behind the tube.
Resize element 25 to 50%, paste below the red and whit flowers behind the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move up more on the left behind the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements and the mask before merging
to get them like you like. I always use my Pick tool to pull the mask out
more to fit the tag better.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
