This tut was written April 23rd, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Tulipe"
She comes in several different colors

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 24 to 95%, paste on the mask.
Resize element 66 to 95%, paste on the frame.
Resize element 82 to 70%, paste below the window frame on the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust how you like, then erase the round frame part showing in
the window on both.
Resize element 81 to 45%, free rotate to the left at 105 degrees, paste on the window
on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 10 at the bottom on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste above the bricks about center.
Resize element 11 to 80%, paste on the window frame at the top behind the tube.
Resize element 21 to 20%, paste at the top on one side at the end of the banner,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 71 to 75%, paste below the bricks on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 74 to 75%, paste behind the tube and on the bricks.
Resize element 8 to 15%, paste on the bench to the left of the tube.
Resize element 70 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 7 to 30%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 67 to 35%, paste at the bottom by the pink flowers and above the tube.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste on the right below the grass behind
the cherub, duplicate, move to the right a little, duplicate, mirror, move up some,
duplicate, move over and down a little.
Resize element 83 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Paste element 100 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, move to the right.
Then duplicate, both and move in the window area.
Resize element 13 to 15%, paste at the lower left by the watering can,
duplicate, move below the watering can.
Resize element 19 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the basket.
Resize element 2 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 28 to 30%, paste on the left above the light green leaves,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 98 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 24 to 95%, paste on the mask.
Resize element 66 to 95%, paste on the frame.
Resize element 82 to 70%, paste below the window frame on the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust how you like, then erase the round frame part showing in
the window on both.
Resize element 81 to 45%, free rotate to the left at 105 degrees, paste on the window
on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 10 at the bottom on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste above the bricks about center.
Resize element 11 to 80%, paste on the window frame at the top behind the tube.
Resize element 21 to 20%, paste at the top on one side at the end of the banner,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 71 to 75%, paste below the bricks on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 74 to 75%, paste behind the tube and on the bricks.
Resize element 8 to 15%, paste on the bench to the left of the tube.
Resize element 70 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 7 to 30%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 67 to 35%, paste at the bottom by the pink flowers and above the tube.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste on the right below the grass behind
the cherub, duplicate, move to the right a little, duplicate, mirror, move up some,
duplicate, move over and down a little.
Resize element 83 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Paste element 100 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, move to the right.
Then duplicate, both and move in the window area.
Resize element 13 to 15%, paste at the lower left by the watering can,
duplicate, move below the watering can.
Resize element 19 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the basket.
Resize element 2 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 28 to 30%, paste on the left above the light green leaves,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 98 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
