This tut was written April 24th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist © SLAVA
Tube is called "Melissa and Camera gun"
She comes in several different colors

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 62 to 85%, paste, move to the right a little, click inside with
your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 12, invert, delete, keep selected and paste element 24,
delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 29%, paste to the left above the frame.
Resize element 17 to 85%, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left,
adjust behind the tube, duplicate, mirror, resize to 85%, move down on
the right and erase the part showing at the bottom.
Resize element 52 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate,
free rotate to the left at 90 degrees.
Resize element 68 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the film.
Resize element 14 to 30%, paste below the sunglasses.
Resize element 5 to 65%, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 24 on the mask layer, mirror, move up and over to
the right a bit,
Mirror element 24, paste on the mask layer on the right and up a little,
duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase any on the right that you might not want.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste on the left above element 24, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 49 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 7 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the ice cream.
Paste element 16 on the mask layer and up some.
Resize element 15 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the lipstick, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube layer, duplicate, move over and up a little.
Paste element 61 below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 82 to 75%, flip, paste on the frame at the top below the tube.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste inside the frame below the tube to the right a little.
Resize element 62 to 85%, paste, move to the right a little, click inside with
your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 12, invert, delete, keep selected and paste element 24,
delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 29%, paste to the left above the frame.
Resize element 17 to 85%, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left,
adjust behind the tube, duplicate, mirror, resize to 85%, move down on
the right and erase the part showing at the bottom.
Resize element 52 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate,
free rotate to the left at 90 degrees.
Resize element 68 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the film.
Resize element 14 to 30%, paste below the sunglasses.
Resize element 5 to 65%, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 24 on the mask layer, mirror, move up and over to
the right a bit,
Mirror element 24, paste on the mask layer on the right and up a little,
duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase any on the right that you might not want.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste on the left above element 24, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 49 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 7 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the ice cream.
Paste element 16 on the mask layer and up some.
Resize element 15 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the lipstick, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube layer, duplicate, move over and up a little.
Paste element 61 below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 82 to 75%, flip, paste on the frame at the top below the tube.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste inside the frame below the tube to the right a little.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
