This tut was written November 8th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany
The tube is called "Wild Beauty"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this tube at Verymany store  HERE

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filers
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow, Glass (Optional)
Mura Meister Copies_Encircle

Font of choice,  I used Legends

Drop shadow is  V-0 H-5 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
I always fill with white and delete the white layer at the end.
Resize paper  8 to 22%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize frame 3 to 25%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
resize paper 7 to 22%, paste, invert, delete, keep selected,  mirror your tube,
paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Soft Light, merge down.
(You might want to wait to add the tube until other elements are placed
to make your where to move it.)
Resize the wheat to 12%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on
30, move below the other circles.

Resize frame 2 to 24%, paste on top of the first frame.
Resize the mushrooms to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 22, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste above the frame on the left.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Soft Light merge down.

Resize grain 1 to 18%, paste center on the frame above the tube layer.
Resize the cornucopia to 15%, paste at the lower right above the grain bag.
Resize the leaves to 10%, paste at the bottom below the cornucopia,
duplicate, resize larger to 110%, flip move up on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the bag on the left.

Resize the wheat to 12%, paste on the right below the wheat frame, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube in the frame so a little shows on the left.
Resize the berries to 13%, paste at the bottom by the leaves under the cornucopia.
duplicate a couple more time, move one to the right below the leaves, the
other one to the left above the bag.
Resize the pumpkin to 12%, paste at the lower left below the berries.

Resize the mushrooms to 13%, paste at the lower left below the berries behind
the pumpkin, duplicate twice, move one to the center in front of the bag,
mirror the second one and move to the right below the berries.

Now go back to the cornucopia, duplicate, move to the left below the paper
layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the wordart to 15%, paste on the right being on the top layer,
change the color of your choice to match the tag.
I used #4a281c, and apply EyeCandy Glass and Gradient Glow to mine.

Resize leaf 1 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the bag so some of the
green shows, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left how you like.

Resize flower 2 to 10%, paste above the bag off center, duplicate a couple
more times and move where you like.
Resize the pie to 7%, paste at the bottom below the cornucopia.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
 merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
That's it

Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.

Here is another example of the tag with a different tube by Keith Garvey
