This tut was written November 23rd, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is "Cup of Tea"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find these tubes at Verymany Store HERE
I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Aquarelle
Drop shadow is V-1 H-4 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Be sure to watch for shadows at the edges of your tag and erase as you go along or
crop tag.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, select all, new layer, paste paper 6 into selection,
select none, apply the mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 2 to 60%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 6, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your tube to the left, delete,
select none, change the blend mode to Screen on one you prefer.
Resize element 55 to 75%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle first number on 22
next two numbers on 58, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 30 to 45%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 24, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 72 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 26,
the next two numbers on 52, move above the first circle layer, duplicate, resize larger
to 119%, move below the beige circle layer.
Click on the clock, select all, float, defloat, paste your tube to the left how you
like, invert, delete, select none, change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste on the right.
Resize element 5 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste on the stool.
Resize element 52 to 25%, paste behind the candles on the stool.
Resize element 44 to 60%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 11 to 30%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 31 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the tube by the knee.
Resize element 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the right of the book.
Resize element 35 to 15%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move over a bit.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste by the book.
Resize element 12 to 20%, paste at the lower left below the pumpkin plant and book.
Resize element 24 to 45%, paste at the left by the stool., duplicate, move to the right
behind the chair, resize a little larger to 110%.
Resize element 26 to 30%, paste behind the dog.
Resize element 38 to 30%, paste at the lower left behind the pumpkin plant.
Resize element 34 to 40%, paste on the left behind the stool.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the pumpkin plant, duplicate,
move over a little.
Go back to the feathers on the right, duplicate one, move to the left on the books by
the birdcage.
Resize element 7 to 25%, paste behind the tube.
Resize element 6 to 10%, paste by the ball of yarn.
Resize element 47 to 10%, paste on the purse by the dog.
Paste element 90 on the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, adjust on
the right, duplicate two more times, move down on each side how you like.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
