This tut was written November 21th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is " Jacqueline "
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this tube at PFD HERE
I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used White Dream
Drop shadow is V-1 H-4 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Be sure to watch for shadows at the edges of your tag and erase as you go along or
crop tag.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 17, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 9 on the left.
Resize your tube to 55%, paste above the tree.
Resize element 129 to 90%, paste below the tree layer to the right.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete,
keep selected, paste your tube, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Asjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, change the blend
mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Apply Screen Works filter-Light Gauge, merge down.
Paste element 30 behind the frame below the paper layer.
Paste element 74 on the mask layer, mirror, move up on the right how you like.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 191 to 30%, paste behind the tube on the lower left, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 175 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 139 to 40%, paste on the frame at the upper right, duplicate, free rotate to
the right at 90, mirror, move to the right under the scarf.
Resize element 135 to 30%, paste on the bells and down a little.
Resize element 88 to 30%, paste on the bells at the upper right.
Resize element 159 and 160 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 16 to 15%, paste to the right and below the tube.
Resize element 84 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the scarf.
Resize element 50 to 25%, paste by the other gifts.
Resize element 68 to 20%, paste below the other gifts.
Resize element 190 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the ornament, duplicate,
resize to 85%, move below the paper layer of the frame on the right, duplicate,
mirror, move above the tree on the left.
Resize element 10 and 19 to 10%, paste by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 126 to 40%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 52 to 65%, paste on the tree down, duplicate, move up more, erase the
part showing behind the tube.
Paste element 137 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the
right and erase the ones you don't want. Duplicate this one free rotate to the right at
90 degrees, move to the bottom how you like, duplicate, move to the top how you like.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
