PTU Mermaid Cove

This tut was written  May 5th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome tube by ©Verymany

The tube is called Mermaid 22

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used RD Mask 116_4 HERE

 Font of choice, I used Harlow Solid

Drop shadow as you go is V -1 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete,

merge group.

Resize cluster 7 to 85%, paste on the mask.

Resize Weed 2 to 75%, paste behind the shell on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste the wordart above the shell layer, add a fat white gradient glow.

Resize the tube to 30%, paste at the bottom above the wordart.

Resize flower 8 to 35%, paste on the left below the mermaid, duplicate, mirror.

Resize flower 18 to 20%, paste behind the tube about center, duplicate twice,

move one to the left and the other to the right.

Resize boat 2 to 50%, paste at the lower left above the mermaid.

Resize water 2 to 85%, paste at the bottom above the boat.

Resize the Octopus to 30%, paste on the boat below the water.

Resize coral 2 to 25%, paste behind the purple flower behind the tube.

Resize flower 4 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the water, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize the bottle to 30%, paste on the left below the flowers, 

duplicate, move to the right above the flowers.

Resize Shell 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the flower.

Resize the Stingray to 15%, paste on the water.

Resize the Swordfish to 25%, paste at the top below the wordart.

Resize Jellyfish 1 and 2 to 20%, paste at the top on each side.

Resize Shell 4 to 10%, paste at the bottom left below the bottle.

Resize Crab 1 to 15%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize the wheel to 20%, paste on the left above the boat.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
