This tut was written August 10th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is called Luna
You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste the tree at the top.
Mirror the castle paste behind the tree at the top.
Paste flower 17 on the right, duplicate, mirror, move both about half
way down.
Paste Deco 2, take your free hand took, draw around the silver bracket from
one side to the other, paste your close up tube, change the blend mode
to Overlay, then move the tube how you like, invert, delete, select none, resize
to 90%.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste on the right.
Resize element 24 to 35%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize flower 23 to 35%, paste at the bottom left being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize flower 18 to 35%, paste at the bottom left above the flower.
Resize Deco to 40%, paste at the bottom above the flower.
Resize flower 21 to 40%, paste at the bottom.
Resize flower 20 to 25%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize bottle 1 to 25%, paste below the flowers on the left.
Resize the wordart to 40%, apply a bevel or metal or whatever texture
you would like for yours.
Resize the bat at 15%, duplicate, paste on each side by the wordart, free
rotate 15 degrees.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
