 This tut was written  September 19th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

 Font of choice, I used Steamy

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, apply your mask.

Resize frame 5, to 85%, paste the tube below the frame, click inside the

frame with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste, invert, delete, keep selected,

paste paper 6, delete, select none.

Resize the tube to 60%, paste.

Paste element 3 behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 23 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 

3 numbers on 14, 40, 40, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize element 23 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Paste element 45 behind the train to the left.

Resize element 84 to 55%, paste on the right behind the tube, duplicate,

resize smaller to 75%, paste to the left more behind the tube.

Resize element 49 to 40%, paste on the bottom of the frame behind the tube.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste at the bottom right.

Paste element 48 behind the house on the left, duplicate, mirror,

duplicate the right one, flip, move to the top left.

Resize element 51 to 30%, paste at the upper left, duplicate, move down.

Resize element 81 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 58 to 50%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 57 to 25%, paste at the bottom left below the girl.

Resize element 41 to 25%, mirror, paste on the right on the frame, free rotate to

the right at 25, duplicate,

move up.

Resize element 26 to 75%, paste at the top right above the mask, duplicate,

move down on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
