 This tut was written October 6th, 2025,  for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of choice, I used Russel Dexter

 Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize mask 2 to 75%, paste on the upper 

left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize mask 1 to 75%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror,

readjust after your tag is done.

Paste element 40 at the top above the masks.

Resize element 70 to 75%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, resize 

to 75%, move to the top left below the house, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 72 to 50%, paste on the left below the large bridge.

Resize element 47 to 65%, paste on the right above the bridge.

Resize element 73 to 65%, paste on the right below the house.

Resize element 45 to 50%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 32 to 25%, paste on the pathway below the tree.

Resize element 92 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the car,

duplicate, move to the other side of the car and below it.

Resize element 111 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the car.

Resize element 81 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the house.

Resize element 115 to 25%, paste on the right below the sign.

Resize element 112 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the sign.

Resize element 79 to 35%, paste on the left below the car.

Resize element 124 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize tube 4 to 23%, paste on the upper left where you like.

Resize tube 2 to 15%, paste on the upper right.

Resize element 105 to 20%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 65 to 20%, paste at the bottom right below the pumpkin.

Resize element 57 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 123 to 30%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 53 to 30%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 85 to 18%, paste on the upper left on the witch broom handle.

Resize element 127 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
