I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 3.
Paste element 133 at the top right, duplicate, mirror, move
below the first tree.
Resize element 61 to 65%, paste on the upper left.
Resize element 104 to 65%, paste above the arch.
Resize element 88 to 35%, paste on the left below the walkway.
Resize element 43 to 90%, paste on the right.
Resize element 94 to 20%, paste at the top below the arch.
Resize tube 1 to 23%, paste.
Resize element 106 and 108 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the
tube on each side.
Resize element 117 to 30%, paste on the left below the fountain.
Resize element 90 to 30%, paste behind the tube.
Resize element 110 to 30%, paste below the flower elements to the right a little.
Resize element 100 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 116 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the walkway,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the cat.
Resize element 83 to 40%, paste to the right of the tube below the cross stand.
Resize element 126 to 30%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste on the bottom right above the church.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 135 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the headstone.
Resize element 137 to 20%, paste at the upper left on the arch.
Resize element 71 to 25%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 24 to 75%, mirror, paste below the tube.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste on the steps.
Resize element 51 to 18%, mirror, paste at the bottom by the headstone.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
