I am using her beautiful Steam kit

Read the TOU on how to credit your tags
I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask element 65, duplicate, merge down.
Resize 119 to 65%, paste at the upper left.
Resize 120 to 65%, paste on the right.
Resize 125 to 65%, paste on the upper right below the houses.
Resize 6 to 85%, paste below the frame on the upper left.
Resize 70 to 25%, paste on the heart on the frame.
Resize 1 to 20%, paste on the heart on the right on the frame.
Resize 14 to 30%, paste at the bottom of the left house.
Resize 94 to 55%, paste at the bottom above the house.
Resize 110 to 20%, paste on the gate on the right.
Resize 73 to 40%, paste on the bottom left below the flower layer.
Resize 108 to 55%, paste below the house on the right.
Resize 122 to 35%, paste below the walkway on the left.
Resize 18 to 30%, paste on the bottom right above the gate.
Resize tube 2 to 27%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 79 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the tube.
Resize 24 to 25%, paste at the bottom left above the basket.
Resize 98 to 45%, paste on the bottom right being on the top layer.
Resize 66 to 17%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 114 to 30%, paste below the motorcycle.
Resize 29 to 20%, paste at the bottom right.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
