I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 3, resize to fit your tag.
Resize 55 to 85%, mirror, paste on the left.
Resize 132 to 65%, paste below the house on the bottom left, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize 12 to 85%, paste below the house on the left, erase the stalk showing.
Resize 14 to 75%, paste on the upper right below the house,
click inside, paste paper 5, invert, delete, keep, selected, resize
62 to 50%, paste, delete, select none.
Resize 45 to 55%, paste on the right above the house.
Paste 82 on the left above the mask, duplicate, mirror.
Resize tube 5 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 83 to 28%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize 53 to 45%, paste on the left below the flower.
Resize 110 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 118 to 30%, paste at the top above the house.
Resize 84 to 25%, paste on the frame on the right, duplicate, move
to the left and up.
Resize 33 to 25%, paste at the bottom left below the dog and flower.
Resize 40 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 135 to 35%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize 41 to 25%, paste on the bottom right above the lemonade stand.
Resize 39 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom left.
Paste 16 on the upper right below the lemonade stand on the frame.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
