This tut was written Dec 1st, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange
Tube is called "Abby CU/PU Pack 2"
She comes in 2 different colors

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Make a gradient color, foreground red, background black, angle 45,
repeat 6, fill, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 70 to 90%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, add a new layer, fill with #6e0d05, keep selected.
Resize your close up tube to 75%, paste, invert, delete, select none,
change the blend mode to Hard light.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the right on the frame.
Paste element 55, mirror, move behind the tube on the right, erase
the stem part showing at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, resize to 70%, adjust
on the right, once other elements are placed, erase any stem showing below.
Resize element 36 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 14, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 37 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube, duplicate, free rotate
to the right at 25%, move to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 45 to 90%, paste on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, flip.
Resize element 28 to 18%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 86 to 45%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
left below the candle.
Resize element 73 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the candle and to the left
of the candle.
Resize element 82 to 40%, paste between the candle and brush element.
repeat 6, fill, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 70 to 90%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, add a new layer, fill with #6e0d05, keep selected.
Resize your close up tube to 75%, paste, invert, delete, select none,
change the blend mode to Hard light.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the right on the frame.
Paste element 55, mirror, move behind the tube on the right, erase
the stem part showing at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, resize to 70%, adjust
on the right, once other elements are placed, erase any stem showing below.
Resize element 36 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number

Resize element 37 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube, duplicate, free rotate
to the right at 25%, move to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 45 to 90%, paste on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, flip.
Resize element 28 to 18%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 86 to 45%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
left below the candle.
Resize element 73 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the candle and to the left
of the candle.
Resize element 82 to 40%, paste between the candle and brush element.
Add any other elements you would like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
