This tut was written Dec19th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 77 to the right, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste, delete, select none. Change the blend
mode to Luminance(L) and then apply the xero filter-Porcelain.
Back to the original size of the tube and resize to 28%, paste on the left.
Resize element 98 to 95%, paste at the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 56 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 33 to 45%, paste on the left above the tube.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste by the bottle.
Paste element 50 on the mask layer about center, duplicate, move to the left
and down more, duplicate, move to the right, adjust.
Resize element 22 to 35%, free rotate to the left, paste at the bottom below
the bottle and glass.
Resize element 94 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 90 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the bottle.
Resize element 83 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the wordart and let one
of the sparkles hide the little hanger part.
Go back to the gold flower, duplicate, resize to 75%, move over by the
instrument, duplicate again, resize to 75%, move over a little.
Resize element 70 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, paste under the
leg of the tube at the lower right, duplicate, mirror, move to the left
under the hand, duplicate once more, move back to the center more.
Resize element 86 to 35%, paste on the right below the sprig with the rounds on it.
Paste element 77 to the right, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste, delete, select none. Change the blend
mode to Luminance(L) and then apply the xero filter-Porcelain.
Back to the original size of the tube and resize to 28%, paste on the left.
Resize element 98 to 95%, paste at the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 56 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 33 to 45%, paste on the left above the tube.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste by the bottle.
Paste element 50 on the mask layer about center, duplicate, move to the left
and down more, duplicate, move to the right, adjust.
Resize element 22 to 35%, free rotate to the left, paste at the bottom below
the bottle and glass.
Resize element 94 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 90 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the bottle.
Resize element 83 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the wordart and let one
of the sparkles hide the little hanger part.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
