FTU Frosted Winter

This tut was written Nov 25th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Verymany

The tube is called "White"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow

Font of choice,  I used Great Vibes

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 67 on the left, duplicate, move to the right, readjust
once the tag is finished before merging.
Add a medium white gradient glow, width on 5.

Paste element 75 to the right and up, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your tube, delete, select none, duplicate, go to Adjust,
Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Resize your tube to 45%,mirror, paste on the frame on the left, 
duplicate, adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend 
mode to Soft Light.

Resize element 60 to 80%, paste above the wordart on the left,
duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend 
mode to Overlay, merge down.
Resize element 38 to 85%, paste below the house at the upper left,
add the lighter drop shadow #594d7e, duplicate, mirror, adjust on 
the upper right.
Paste element 65 above the house, add a lighter drop shadow #594d7e.

Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the left below the tube, duplicate,
move to the right below the tube.
Resize element 25 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 73 to 25%, mirror, paste on the branch that is on the frame.
Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the candle.
Resize element 16 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the candle.

Resize element 5 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the candle to the right.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste at the bottom to the left of the candle and 
below the small branch.
Resize element 35 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the tube, 
duplicate, mirror, move below the tube.

Paste element 66, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste above the tube 
at the bottom, move the branch on the left below this element now.
Resize element 14 to 10%, paste at the bottom below the little rabbit.

Paste element 41 at the bottom above the frame so a few of the dots shows.
Resize element 34 to 75%, paste at the upper left on the mask layer, erase
the ones you don't want, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 46 on the top layer, erase any you don't want on the faces.
Resize element 52 to 75%, paste at the bottom on the mask layer, so 
some of the greenery shows at the bottom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
 merge your tag.
Sharpen once.

Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.

 Then add your copyright and name.
