This tut was written Nov 5th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Sabine", CU/PU, she comes in several different colors.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 15, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 18, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper, move how you like, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above
the frame, erase the bottom part.
Paste element 5 below the paper layer of the frame, take your Pick tool
and adjust to fit behind the frame, duplicate, move down and below
the first one.
Resize element 47 to 50%, paste on the frame on the lower right, duplicate, mirror,
move up on the left.
Resize element 80 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the flowers.
Resize element 1 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the flowers.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the bear.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste below the flowers at the bottom so a leaf
so below the books, duplicate, move up, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 32 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the bear.
Resize element 40 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste at the lower right above the bear by the books,
duplicate, move to the right below the books, duplicate, move to the
right above the clock.
Resize element 51 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the candle, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right by the books.
Resize element 67 to 25%, paste on the upper left on the frame.
Paste element 11 below the tube at the top, duplicate, move above the tube and
down where you like.
Resize element 76 to 25%, mirror, paste at the lower right.
Paste element 72 on the mask layer and move up.
Paste element 18, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper, move how you like, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above
the frame, erase the bottom part.
Paste element 5 below the paper layer of the frame, take your Pick tool
and adjust to fit behind the frame, duplicate, move down and below
the first one.
Resize element 47 to 50%, paste on the frame on the lower right, duplicate, mirror,
move up on the left.
Resize element 80 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the flowers.
Resize element 1 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the flowers.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the bear.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste below the flowers at the bottom so a leaf
so below the books, duplicate, move up, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 32 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the bear.
Resize element 40 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste at the lower right above the bear by the books,
duplicate, move to the right below the books, duplicate, move to the
right above the clock.
Resize element 51 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the candle, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right by the books.
Resize element 67 to 25%, paste on the upper left on the frame.
Paste element 11 below the tube at the top, duplicate, move above the tube and
down where you like.
Resize element 76 to 25%, mirror, paste at the lower right.
Paste element 72 on the mask layer and move up.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
