This tut was written Nov 18th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Melissa Dawn
The tube is NOT included with the kit.
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Great Day
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 5, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.
Resize frame 2 to 80%, paste.
Resize frame 3 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 12 to 65%, paste inside the frame.
Resize element 16 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste your tube on the top frame on the left.
Resize element 9 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate, move
more to the center and above the tube, duplicate again, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste at the lower right below the greenery.
Resize element 3 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right behind the horse.
Resize element 17 to 40%, paste at the lower right above the horse.
Resize element 11 to 85%, paste on the right behind the packages.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste below the greenery above the horse.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste behind the tube at the lower left.
Resize element 2 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the drum, duplicate, move
to the left above the tube.
Paste the wordart at the bottom being on the top layer, add a fat white gradient glow.
Resize element 4 to 50%, paste at the lower right above the wordart.
Resize element 10 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the wordart, dulicate, mirror,
move to the right.
Resize element 8 to 30%, paste on the frame at the top.
Resize element 19 to 10%, duplicate three times, paste one on each end of
the wordart and the other one the swirl of the bottom letter.
Resize frame one to 25%, paste above the tube layer toward the bottom,
click inside the 3 frames with your magic wand, expand by 5, duplicate your tube,
resize to 25%, paste in the frame, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, mirror, move to the other frame, duplicate again and move over.
Resize element 13 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste at the bottom
left below the wordart.
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 5, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.
Resize frame 2 to 80%, paste.
Resize frame 3 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 12 to 65%, paste inside the frame.
Resize element 16 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste your tube on the top frame on the left.
Resize element 9 to 50%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate, move
more to the center and above the tube, duplicate again, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste at the lower right below the greenery.
Resize element 3 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right behind the horse.
Resize element 17 to 40%, paste at the lower right above the horse.
Resize element 11 to 85%, paste on the right behind the packages.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste below the greenery above the horse.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste behind the tube at the lower left.
Resize element 2 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the drum, duplicate, move
to the left above the tube.

Duplicate the tube, mirror, move to the other frame, duplicate again and move over.
Resize element 13 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste at the bottom
left below the wordart.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
