This tut was written October 9th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Anna Liwanag

The tube is called "96-1"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used RD Mask 900 HERE

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice,  I used  Samantha

Drop shadow is  V-1 H-4 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.

Paste paper 08, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize smaller 

to 90%.

Paste frame element 08, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,

paste paper 2, invert, delete, keep selected.

Paste your close up how you like, delete, select none.

Resize element 11 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 

number on 24, move below the paper layer of the frame, take your Pick tool

and adjust behind the frame how you like.

Resize element 16 to 90%, paste on the mask layer, use your pick tool again

to fit better.

Resize element 8 to 35%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 11 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, paste on

the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 47 to 25%, paste on the left above the flowers, duplicate, mirror,

adjust behind the tube.

Resize element 40 wordart to 90%, paste at the bottom.

Resize your tube to 50%, paste on the right above the wordart.

Resize element 58 to 50%, paste on the left below the top flower.

Resize element 62 to 70%, erase the larger butterfly and paste on the left, duplicate,

mirror, move up to the top.

Paste element 57 at the bottom below the tube layer.

Resize element 21 to 60%, paste on the mask layer at the lower right,

duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, adjust all how you like.

Resize element 9 to 50%, paste above the mask at the lower left, duplicate, 

mirror, duplicate, flip, again adjust to your liking.

Resize element 43 to 50%, paste on the right below the flower behind the tube,

duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

 Then add your copyright and name.
