This tut was written October 4th, 2020 for those with a basic knowlewdge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Fiodorova_Maria
The tube is called "Amalia"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Colors of Autumn
Drop shadow is V-2 H-5 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
New layer, Select all, paste paper 6 into selection, select none.
Resize the door element to 50%, move up toward the right.
Paste spooky house 3 above the door and to the left more.
Resize tree 3 to 85%, paste on the left behind the house.
Resize tree 2 to 50%, paste on the right between the house and door.
Resize the gargoyle gate to 50%, paste behind the house on one side, duplicate,
mirror, adjust on the other side.
Resize the tombstone to 40%, paste on the left above the house layer, duplicate,
resize to 75%, move to the right, duplicate, mirror, move below
the one on the right.
Resize the bone-hand to 20%, place by the tombstone on the left, duplicate,
resize to 75%, move to the right by the tombstones.
Resize the grass to 20%, paste behind the tombstone on the left, duplicate a
couple times and move to the right behind the tombstones.
Resize the street light to 90%, paste behind the fence on the right below the
tree, duplicate, mirror, move below the fence on the left.
Resize skulls to 25%, paste on the right behind the tombstones, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize your tube to 20%, if using the same one, paste off center to the left.
Go back to one of the grass layers, duplicate a few times and place above
the tube layer at the bottom where you like.
You can rearrange more once the elements are in place.
Resize mushroom 3 to 20%, paste on the left above the fence layer, duplicate,
move above the tombstone on the left behind the tube.
Resize the scarecrow to 35%, paste on the left behind the tombstones and skulls.
Resize monster 1 to 15%, paste below the small tombstones on the right on
part of the porch of the house.
Resize the eyeball jar to 20%, paste at the lower right, move the bone fingers
above the jar.
Resize the eyeballs to 10%, duplicate, paste by the jar.
Resize the frog to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer by one
of the grasses.
Resize the pumpkin to 25%, paste at the lower left above the grass, duplicate,
resize smaller to 80%, move over and down a little.
Resize pumpkin 2 to 25%, paste at the lower right and move the frog on top.
Resize the cauldron to 20%, paste by the pumpkin.
Resize the witch hat to 10%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, place on
the pumpkins on the left.
Resize the basket to 20%, paste by the pumpkins and hat.
Resize the book to 35%, paste at the bottom below the cauldron.
Resize the crow to 25%, paste on the box.
Resize skull spider to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize the spider jar to 25%, paste at the bottom by the box.
Resize the spider to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize spider 2 to 20%, mirror, paste on the witch hat.
Resize the vine to 25%, paste at the bottom below the pumpkins, duplicate,
mirror, move below the other pumpkin, duplicate once more, move to the
right by the tombstones.
Resize spooky pumpkin to 15%, paste at the right by the tombstones, duplicate, mirror,
move by the cauldron.
Resize the black cat to 20%, paste on the fence post on the right.
Resize the bat to 15%, duplicate once or twice, place where you like.
Resize the blood glass to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
